We are a different kind of appraisal firm looking for experienced and ethical appraisers (residential and commercial) to sign on and become an appraiser with a company whose determined goal is to be the largest appraisal service in the nation. How does this company work? The formula is simple. The orders will be sent and received through our user friendly and secure website. This website will track orders to promote efficiency and low turn time. Appraisers with our company must provide timely service and quality reports along with communication throughout the process. This is to keep the clients up to date with the status of their appraisal.

With our company’s network, your business as an appraiser is based on referrals from us. Due to this, there is a referral fee and initial investment required of you. The referral fee is 20% of the agreed upon appraisal fee for each appraisal. The initial investment is $100 for the first year (per office, not appraiser) and $200 the second year and any year thereafter. This fee covers billing, website upkeep, overhead, marketing and soliciting new business. As a new appraiser, we will waive this initial investment of $100 for 12 months. This gives you, as an appraiser, a chance to make sure the company is a good fit without making the financial investment immediately. After becoming a member of our team and you have received work from us, you will get paid on the first of the month after we have received payment from the client.
