Payment Options

We understand the every company has its own way of doing business. This is never more evident than in how you choose to pay for our services. We’re committed to doing business with you on the most favorable terms. Thus, we offer several options for payment.

When ordering, you can choose any of the following:

·        Check draft – We have the abililty to accept checks over the phone which is easy to do. Just call us and we can arrange for that payment.  

·         Net 14 – Frequent customers can arrange for payment terms by contacting our billing department.

·         PayPal – Online payments may be made through this internet service. You can use a credit card or debit card accepted by PayPal. Additional processing fees of 3% will be applied to the total amount. We just need your email address and you can enter in your private information.

Most of the time we receive orders for appraisal reports where payment is required in advance. Many clients order COD. Whether the report is for a home owner, or just from a client with whom we’ve not done business before, these instances have been known to cause friction and delays in the past. With our payment options, hopefully we don't have to worry. You can use this option to pay for single appraisals, multiple orders or any of our other services. 

How does it work?

For credit card or debit card, all we need is your email address. PayPal sends you an email from us and you fill out the information.

Because your credit card information is sent along with your order, I don’t have to worry about making a mistake by re-typing anything. Your contact information is brought over from your account on my web site. Once we settle on a fee, I simply enter the amount in your account and then charge your card. Automatically, you’ll receive a transaction receipt via e-mail for your records.

Is it safe?

Of course! My web site is protected by industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This means that every sensitive communication between your computer and our web server is scrambled. So if any payment data gets illegally intercepted, it’s completely unreadable! You can be sure that paying electronically is just as safe as doing business anywhere else on the Internet!

Naturally, if you just prefer not to enter your credit card info online, you’re welcome to give us the card number over the phone. Or we can make arrangements to get a copy when we visit the property. We want to make sure we’re doing business in way that makes you comfortable.
