Here is the list of items required for approval on our list. This list may be used for approval with our clients as well if needed by them for work.

-Approximate Number of Appraisals Performed in One Year

-What Percent of Your Time is spent on Preparing:

1. Residential reports

2. Commercial reports

-Property Types That I Specialize in

-Completion of Appraiser Related Courses, Conferences or Seminars

-Geographic Activity Area

-Flood Zone Source

-Market and Cost Data Source

-Ever been denied by client or removed from a clients

Approved appraisers list?
